Property Adjuster โ London. Permanent role with a balance of office and home-based work. We have a fantastic opportunity for Domestic Loss Adjusters across London. You will manage a caseload of domestic property damage claims across London, from visiting customers at their homes, coordinating visits from contractors, to finally settling each claim. The role supports Sedgwickโs mission to protect people and businesses and offers comprehensive training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of domestic property damage claims across London.
- Visit customers at their homes, coordinate visits from contractors, and settle each claim.
- Prepare comprehensive claims reports and communicate with claimants, insurers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Be the calming presence during challenging situations (e.g., burst pipes, fires, storm damage) and guide claimants through the process.
- Balance work between office/home-based settings as base location.
What You Will Bring
- A full UK Driving Licence: essential for travel by car.
- Insurance knowledge: understanding of how a home insurance policy operates and the basic makeup of a domestic property.
- Excellent communication skills: ability to speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and others; clear explanations of complex details; ability to negotiate fair settlements.
- Problem-solving abilities: ability to identify and solve problems efficiently.
- Time management: ability to plan your own week, manage time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines while handling multiple claims.
