Responsibilities
- Lead reinstatement projects for buildings affected by incidents (fire, flood, water damage, impact)
- Specify building repairs and act as contract administrator
- Produce technical reports on building matters and assess/validate costs and quotations
- Coordinate with homeowners, building contractors, loss adjusters, and other professionals
- Manage projects to time and budget with support from administration and operations
- Work across home, site, and office environments to maintain balance and efficiency
