We have a fantastic opportunity for Motor Claims Technicians to be based in the UK.
An excellent opportunity has arisen in our Motor team. We are recruiting Motor Claims Technician dealing with motor claims including 3rd party and property damage.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and listening skills, the ability to impart information, and maintain accurate data. Proven skills in developing and maintaining close working relationships, both internally and externally, are essential.
This role is perfect for those who crave variety, enjoy problem-solving, and want to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced environment.
The skills you will have when you apply:
- Experience dealing with motor claims cradle to grave: including repair & total loss, third party intervention, subrogated recoveries and property damage.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills: You\’ll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly, and negotiate fair settlements for all.
- A commitment to work towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters` Cert CILA qualification
