We have a fantastic opportunity for a Power and Energy Engineer based in or close proximity to London to join our Power and Energy division. Your role will involve handling a portfolio of power and energy losses, from visiting the customer to finalisation of the claim. Take charge and deliver outstanding customer experiences with ease for all clients, customers, and policyholders in the power and energy sector. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet and exceed daily business goals. This is perfect for detail-oriented problem-solvers, with a passion for engineering within the Power and Energy sector. We will consider candidates with no loss adjusting experience but with the right attributes and qualifications.
The Skills You Will Have When You Apply:
- A full UK Driving Licence: It is essential you can travel by car.
- Experience as an Engineer within Power and Energy.
- Excellent communication skills: You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly and negotiate fair settlements for all.
- Problem-solving abilities: You should be able to identify and solve problems efficiently as you’ll be dealing with property damage claims often involves complex situations and challenges.
- Time management: As you’ll be planning your own week you must effectively manage your time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. You will be required to handle multiple claims simultaneously.
