Commercial Loss Adjuster – London & South East (Remote + Site Visits)

Overview:

Sedgwick Resource Solutions are seeking an experienced Commercial Loss Adjuster to manage property claims from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties involved. This is a remote role with regular site visits across London and the South East.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a portfolio of commercial property claims ranging from £10K to £100K across sectors including property owners, retail, industrial, and commercial offices.
  • Conduct site visits and investigations.
  • Negotiate settlements and manage claims efficiently to control indemnity spend.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including other adjusters and technical experts.
  • Support the business with surge events when required.

About You:

  • Proven experience managing high-value commercial property claims.
  • Loss Adjusting experience (min 2 years).
  • Site visit experience.
  • A general understanding of building construction.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to assess coverage, validate claims, and identify recovery opportunities.
  • Clean driving licence (company car provided).
