Each instruction will involve detailed assessment, technical understanding, and clear translation of site findings into accurate specifications. These activities require strong technical judgement, structured thinking, and the ability to create reliable documentation from complex situations. You will work closely with the Domestic and Commercial Loss Adjusting teams based in London, with relationship-building being essential to consistent communication, reporting, and case progression.

  • Contract and Schedule Expertise: Significant experience in the preparation of schedules, contractual documentation and the administration of building contracts.
  • Personal and Interpersonal Attributes: A capacity to act with high responsibility, firm decision-making and disciplined self-management, while contributing constructively within wider teams.
