We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior/Executive Adjuster to join Sedgwick Construction and Engineering London Market Team. Sedgwick has one of the largest Construction and Engineering teams in the UK, supporting insurers and self‑insured clients with Construction All Risks (CAR), Construction Liability and Engineering claims across a wide range of Construction and Engineering sectors.
We are seeking a Senior/Executive Adjuster to join our Construction & Engineering team, being part of Sedgwick International. You will work on a wide range of annual contractor policies and project specific policies for a wide range of nominated accounts and clients. Working within the London Market, you will bring demonstrable expertise in specialist construction loss adjusting, with a strong track record of handling material damage CAR losses and sound technical knowledge of DSU and associated policy coverages.
Through sustained growth ambitions, this role offers scope for continued professional development, progression and exposure to major and complex losses, supported by collaborative colleagues and the wider international network.
The skills you will have when you apply:
- Professional Status – ACILA, or working towards chartership, with a relevant building‑related degree preferred but not essential if possessing relevant Construction Adjusting experience.
- Driving Licence – A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Technical Knowledge – Strong knowledge of CAR losses.
- Personal Approach – Responsible and confident in decision‑making, works well with others, and can manage their own workload effectively.
