We have a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Adjuster in London and South East. This role is ideal for professionals with proven field experience, particularly those who have handled High Net Worth (HNW) claims. Our HNW clients typically reside in luxury homes and own high-value contents and valuables. As a result, the claims we manage are complex, nuanced, and varied. You will be responsible for managing intricate claims, liaising with discerning clients, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion. The skills you will have when you apply:

  • A full UK Driving Licence: It is essential you can travel by car.
  • Demonstrable experience of handling complex and major losses in excess of £100,000 on a chargeable time basis or a keen desire to progress to this level.
  • Dip CILA/ACILA status (or working towards this qualification).
  • Excellent communication skills: You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly, and negotiate fair settlements for all.

  • Use of Apple software such as iPads, or other tablets.
