We have a fantastic opportunity for Associate Director in our Specialist Agricultural Adjusting team in the UK. As Associate Director within our specialist Agricultural team, you will manage specialist agricultural claims while driving growth of the product line. Your responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of the specialist and major loss teams and providing strategic direction to the supporting TPA/Desktop function.
You will lead major loss handlers managing complex, high-value claims, ensuring technical excellence and outstanding client service. Additionally, you will implement initiatives to improve efficiency, strengthen compliance, and maintain quality standards within the TPA/Desktop team.
Your objectives include delivering exceptional service to existing accounts, supporting colleague development, and contributing to profitable new business across the Specialist Agricultural Adjusting sector and ARN lines. Building strong internal relationships, retaining a small portfolio of cases, and providing oversight on complex claims will be key. You will also collaborate to define best practices and champion quality, compliance, and leadership within the team.
Accountabilities include raising the profile of the function lines within Sedgwick UK, supporting profitability targets, and ensuring service standards across providers. You will identify emerging markets, assist with new business implementation, and work closely with the Director of Agricultural to execute growth strategies. Driving client satisfaction, maintaining major client relationships, and monitoring performance to ensure consistency and compliance with SLAs will be essential.
