We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Liability Field Adjuster, covering Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.
This position involves field investigations and reporting on a diverse portfolio, including Employers\’ Liability, Public Liability (both injury and property), and Motor injury claims.
You will work with some of the most prestigious Liability Insurers, Blue Chip Corporate Clients, and Brokers. Therefore, experience in the liability claims arena is essential. We seek someone with a keen investigative approach to claims handling, capable of identifying questionable information and applying correct procedures to detect potentially fraudulent claims.
With one of the largest teams of liability experts in the world, Sedgwick supports and resolves property, general, motor, product and professional liability claims, and helps our clients maintain brand protection in times of crisis.
The skills you will have when you apply:

A full UK Driving Licence: It is essential you can travel by car.

Demonstrable experience investigating liability claimsincluding: EL, PL (both injury and property), and motor injuryclaims.

Knowledge ofinsurance lawand the ability to interpretpolicy wording, especially incontract, statute, and civil liabilitycontexts.

Client Relationship Management:Ability to liaise as required with clients and assist with client development as required.
