We have a fantastic opportunity for a Level Monitoring Surveyor to be based in the London/Watford/Chelmsford area. Ready to step into a specialist surveying role with real impact? Join our award-winning Subsidence Services Division as a Land Surveyor and become part of our cutting-edge Level Monitoring and 360 Survey Team. You’ll take ownership of your own portfolio of domestic and commercial subsidence claims, carrying out regular level monitoring surveys and working closely with technical experts to support accurate diagnosis and resolution. Your work will directly shape the customer experience and help protect properties across the UK.

Surveying experience is a plus, but not essential—if you’re technically minded and eager to learn, we’ll provide full training. You’ll need to be confident working outdoors, independently, and across multiple sites. This is perfect for curious, detail-driven individuals looking to build a career in land or building surveying within a high-performing, supportive team.

The Skills You Will Have When You Apply:

  • Driving licence: Possession of a full and valid UK driving licence, authorising lawful operation of motor vehicles.
  • Workload management and advice: Proven ability to independently manage and structure workload while delivering professional guidance to both claimants and insurers.
  • Technical expertise: Prior experience in insurance claims handling is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
  • Decision-making and communication: Strong decision-making skills, commitment to high-quality customer service, and excellent communication and empathy.
  • IT proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office and Apple applications, with the ability to use both Windows and Apple hardware effectively.
