Join Sedgwick as a Credit Controller in this exciting, full-time role offering a competitive salary and the chance to shape a high-impact function within our London Market specialty division. You will be responsible for managing the collection of premiums and fees, ensuring accounts are settled promptly and in full compliance with regulatory and client requirements.

Your deep understanding of Lloyd’s processes and proficiency in Electronic Claims Filing (ECF) will be key to maintaining accuracy and efficiency across all transactions. As part of a growing team, you will work closely with brokers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries, reconcile discrepancies, and build strong relationships that support smooth payment processes.

You will also take ownership of monitoring outstanding debt, allocating cash, and maintaining clear, up-to-date records. Your ability to produce meaningful management information reports and ensure compliance with FCA, Lloyd’s, and internal policies will be essential to the role’s success.

This position offers a hybrid working model, with 2–3 days in the office and flexibility to work remotely, along with occasional travel to other locations.
