Position: Director / Associate Director Adjuster – London/Southeast (Permanent).
Responsibilities:
- Handle annual contractor policies and project‑specific placements across nominated accounts.
- Apply sound technical judgement and engage confidently with stakeholders.
- Manage material damage CAR claims and demonstrate knowledge of DSU claims and related policy covers.
- Partner with colleagues to drive quality, consistency and market credibility while supporting personal and collective development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Professional status – ACILA or working towards chartership; a building‑related degree preferred but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence (Class A).
- Strong knowledge of CAR losses.
- Responsible and confident decision‑maker, works well with others, and manages own workload effectively.
