Your New Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Desktop Motor Engineer to join our UK-wide team. This is a remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from home while supporting our Claims department with expert technical assessments.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring vehicles involved in accidents are either repaired to the highest standards or accurately valued if deemed beyond repair. This position is ideal for someone early in their motor engineering career who’s eager to grow their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Reviewing vehicle damage remotely and determining appropriate repair methods or total loss valuations
  • Liaising with repairers and negotiating repair costs
  • Producing accurate repair estimates using systems like Audatex
  • Supporting the claims process with technical insight and clear communication
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Keeping customers informed throughout the claims journey
