Claims Technician – Scotland
We are looking for a Claims Technician (internally known as Adjusting Executive) to support the Loss Adjuster in managing property claims across Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for claimants, guiding them through the claims process and explaining complex details.
- Decipher claim documentation, recommend settlements and collaborate with contractors to coordinate repairs.
- Maintain clear communication with policyholders, insurers, contractors and internal teams to keep claims moving forward.
- Provide first‑line support and troubleshooting for claim‑related queries and information requests.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in a claims environment, ideally property claims.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – to interact with a range of stakeholders.
- Commitment to achieving the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters’ Cert CILA qualification.
Skills Development
