We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Claims Technician to join the team and can be based anywhere in the UK.

An excellent opportunity has arisen in our Commercial property team. We are seeking an individual, with experience of managing a caseload from receipt of claim (via our new claims team) through to settlement. The role will involve working within a well-established team. The claims will be of varying value and complexity, and we’ll provide you with the training and tools that you need to help develop your skills and knowledge. We’re looking for an individual who is able to demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills, combined with the ability to impart information and maintain accurate data. Proven skills in developing and maintaining close working relationships, both internally and externally is essential.

  • Experience in managing claims: Previous experience in a claims environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills: You will interact with policyholders, insurers, contractors, and other stakeholders. You’ll need to explain complex details clearly and negotiate fair settlements for all parties involved.
  • Commitment to professional development: A dedication to working towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters\’ Cert CILA qualification is essential.
