Title: CommercialClaims Executive
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: Milton Keynes, Hybrid 2 – 3 Days per week in office

Our client, a UK-based insurance specialist, is seeking a commercial account executive to join their team. This insurance company specialises in a wide range of products, providing coverage from home insurance to commercial and corporate insurance solutions.
Your new role:
In your new role, you will help manage, grow, and develop relationships with corporate clients. This will involve servicing their needs and assisting with their claim’s requirements.
You will support the entire claims process for clients, keeping them updated in a timely manner and delivering excellent service. You will collaborate closely with insurers, internal departments, and clients to ensure the best possible resolutions, while also providing your expert technical opinion.

Your skills and experience:
• There will be elements of travel involved with this role such as client meetings, training, and company/team events
• Investigate any case to aid in the settlement and conclusion of the claim.
• Actively engage with both new and existing clients while nurturing and developing relationships.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients' claims needs.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and thoroughly explain the process to ensure their understanding.
• Manage client claims, particularly acting as the main handler for larger, more complex claims.
• Resolve any disputes that may arise.
• Attend client meetings to consult on renewals and claims.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Handlers.
• Feel comfortable discussing outcomes and claims with clients and policyholders in a professional manner.
