Claims Administrator Job Location: United Kingdom Job Type: Permanent Remuneration: Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualifications We have a fantastic opportunity for aClaims Administratorto join our team, supporting the smooth and efficient handling of insurance claims.

As a Claims Administrator, you will play a key role in the early stages of the claims process. You’ll be responsible for managing shared mailboxes to ensure timely responses and efficient task allocation.

You will accurately allocate and set up new claims in the system, retrieve and upload policy schedules from client platforms, and maintain detailed diary entries to support timely follow-ups and actions.

General administrative support will be a key part of your day-to-day duties, alongside delivering excellent customer service through clear and professional communication. Your ability to prioritise tasks effectively and maintain a high level of attention to detail will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. No insurance qualifications are required—just a proactive attitude, a commitment to excellent customer service, and a willingness to learn.
