Job Location: UK wide, remote working Job Type: Permanent Remuneration : Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualifications We have a fantastic opportunity for Casualty Claims Handlers working remotely. We are seeking experienced Casualty Claims Handlers with a focus on Employer’s Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and Injury Claims to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a specialist team, where you will be ‘loaned’ out to both internal and external clients to offer your claims expertise. As an EL, PL, and Injury Claims Handler, you\'ll be responsible for managing a diverse range of claims, including workplace injuries, public liability incidents, and other casualty-related injury claims. This opportunity allows successful candidates to enhance their skillset, network with a diverse range of clients, develop knowledge of various systems, and still be supported by your team. Each assignment typically lasts between 3–12 months, ensuring that no two days will ever be the same! Successful candidates will be employed on a secondment model, meaning you will be assigned to various teams based on business needs. While the assignments are temporary in nature, this is a permanent role, and after one secondment concludes, you will transition to another project within the organisation. The skills you will have when you apply: Experience dealing with claims cradle to grave: including Employers Liability, Public Liability and injury claims from notification to settlement. Understanding of relevant EL/PL insurance legislation and injury claims protocols. Excellent communication skills: You\'ll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly, and negotiate fair settlements for all.
