We have a fantastic opportunity for Subsidence Technical Manager UK wide. You will provide teams of Building Consultants with technical support on individual claims and team initiatives. Assisting with queries, referrals, complaints, and complex scenarios, aiming for positive outcomes for Policyholders and Clients and developing internal relationships. The Technical Manager ensures technical quality delivery from the team, reporting to the team Operations Manager to maintain excellent service. You will work with other managers to enhance quality, upskill colleagues, and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include managing Building Consultants' licencing, mentoring, supporting complaint resolution, and conducting audits. Ensuring accuracy in reserving and decision-making, you will help colleagues deliver revenue targets and top-tier customer service. Promoting technical development through professional qualifications, you will engage in client interactions to showcase technical expertise. This role suits someone with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing others.
