We have a fantastic opportunity for Operations Managers in our Home Adjusting Team. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual to take up an Operations Manager position within our dedicated Domestic Adjusting team. The team are based in the Midlands and you'll balance office and remote work to optimise your team's efficiency.
Your role demands excellent claims experience, strong leadership, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You'll ensure your team is equipped to handle the most challenging claims, while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
