We have a fantastic opportunity for a Desktop Motor Engineer to join the team and can be based anywhere in the UK. You will support the Claims department by ensuring vehicles involved in accidents are repaired correctly or valued if beyond repair. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a customer‑centric approach. You will be assessing vehicle damage, determining repair methods, and liaising with repair shops. You will review claims, provide cost estimates, and keep customers informed, balancing technical assessments with customer interactions. You will collaborate with the engineering team and other departments, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. This role would particularly suit someone at the early stage of their career in motor engineering, looking to build hands‑on experience and grow their technical expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
