We have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Loss Adjuster in Northern Ireland. As a Commercial Property Loss Adjuster, you will manage a caseload of commercial property damage claims across Northern Ireland from visiting customer sites, coordinating visits from contractors, to finally settling each claim. Imagine yourself stepping into people’s lives during some of their most unsettling moments: a burst pipe that flooded the shop, a fire that scorched a restaurant kitchen, trees fallen through the roof from storm damage. You will be there, the calming presence amidst the chaos, then returning to your desk at Sedgwick surrounded by your colleagues, or to your laptop at home, to compile a comprehensive report.
We provide full training, so even if you’re new to Loss Adjusting, we can get you up to speed. We value the right qualities more than experience – a curious mind, excellent communication, and a caring nature are key. Even though you’ll be comfortable working independently, you’ll be part of a supportive team with dedicated technical and managerial support. The skills you will have when you apply:

- Time management: As you will be planning your own week, you must effectively manage your time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. You will be required to handle multiple claims simultaneously.
What is helpful, but not vital, in your application:
- Use of Apple software such as iPads, or other tablets.
- Have an understanding of how a home insurance policy operates and the basic makeup of a domestic property.
