Responsibilities

  • Support lawyers by ensuring property recovery cases progress smoothly and costs are controlled.
  • Assist with the day‑to‑day progress of cases: handle documents, correspondence and case information.
  • Prepare bundles and briefs for experts, courts and counsel.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records on the case‑management system and manage shared inboxes.
  • Provide financial and billing support: record time and disbursements, assist with invoicing and respond to queries.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as document management and photocopying.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Administrative or legal experience is desirable; a clear willingness to learn is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate‑to‑advanced), Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional verbal and written communication.
  • Adaptability under pressure and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
