Responsibilities
- Support lawyers by ensuring property recovery cases progress smoothly and costs are controlled.
- Assist with the day‑to‑day progress of cases: handle documents, correspondence and case information.
- Prepare bundles and briefs for experts, courts and counsel.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records on the case‑management system and manage shared inboxes.
- Provide financial and billing support: record time and disbursements, assist with invoicing and respond to queries.
- Perform general administrative duties such as document management and photocopying.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Administrative or legal experience is desirable; a clear willingness to learn is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate‑to‑advanced), Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional verbal and written communication.
- Adaptability under pressure and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
