Commercial Property Claims Technician
Location:Remote (UK-based) occasional office visits for meetings/training
Job Type:Permanent, Full-Time

Your New Role
Sedgwick Resource Solutions are seeking aCommercial Property Claims Technicianto join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone withat least two years of property claims experience, ideally incommercial claims, andpreferably with exposure to Lloyds of London property claims.
Youll manage a diverse caseload from claim receipt to settlement, working within a supportive and well-established team. This role is predominantly remote, offering flexibility and a healthy work/life balance.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle commercial property claims of varying complexity and value.
- You\βll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. Youll explain complex details clearly, and negotiate fair settlements for all.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely resolution of claims.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
About You
- Minimum 2 years experience in commercial property claims
- Experience with Lloyds of London property claimsis desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Commitment to professional development (Cert CILA qualification required or in progress).
