Location: Glasgow City Centre - Hybrid - Office based for a few times per week during probation period and then moving to home based with occasional office visits.

Your new role:
- Be the Customers Go-To Person: From the moment the claim is logged, you'll be the main contact, making sure customers feel supported and kept in the loop.
- Make Decisions with Confidence: You'll have the freedom to decide on the best way forward for each claim, using your judgement and experience.
- Use Technology to Make Life Easier: We'll give you access to digital tools, including live video tech, to help assess damage remotely and talk with customers or contractors on-site.
- Work Together: You'll liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to get claims resolved as efficiently and fairly as possible.
- Stay Organised: You'll manage each claim carefully, making sure all the right documents, costs, and decisions are in place.

- You’ve Got Experience: You’ve worked in a property claims role before and are used to dealing with different types of people and situations.
