You’ll manage a portfolio of structural and latent defect claims across commercial, residential, and multi-unit properties on a “cradle to grave” basis. From attending site visits and assessing damage, to diagnosing the likely cause of defects and producing preliminary reports, you’ll be involved at every stage. You’ll oversee reinstatement works, appoint external engineers to develop scopes of repair, review those scopes for accuracy and completeness, and produce final reports.
