Working within the Product team, you will protect product integrity and help International Operations maximise existing billing capabilities.
You will investigate complex billing issues, leading discovery and root-cause analysis to identify whether challenges arise from processes, data, configuration, integrations, product functionality or finance systems. You will also track the effectiveness of improvements, reducing invoice inaccuracies, manual effort, delays and recurring workarounds.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy in a complex international environment, you will build strong relationships across operational, financial and technical teams. This role is suited to someone with deep billing and/or product expertise, a curious mindset, sound judgement and the ability to influence stakeholders while working collaboratively across clear ownership boundaries.
