We have a fantastic opportunity for Senior Desktop Liability Adjusters / Liability Claims Handlers, based anywhere in the UK. Weâre looking for dedicated desktop liability adjusters/claims handlers to join our team. Youâll manage EL/PL injury and/or ThirdâParty Property Damage claims with flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.
This technical role involves investigating policy and legal liability, settling claims for our Insurer and Corporate clients, and handling thirdâparty injury and/or public liability property damage claims independently and under referral. You will investigate allegations against policyholders, provide detailed advice on liability, collate relevant information, identify fraud risks, maintain proactive contact with all parties, manage litigation where appropriate, and ensure accurate maintenance of databases and correspondence.
With one of the largest teams of liability experts in the world, Sedgwick supports and resolves property, general, auto, product and professional liability claims, and helps our clients maintain brand protection in times of crisis.
