We are recruiting Personal Injury Motor Claims Technician dealing with motor claims including personal injury, 3rd party and property damage.We are looking for someone with excellent communication and listening skills, the ability to impart information, and maintain accurate data. Proven skills in developing and maintaining close working relationships, both internally and externally, are essential.This role is perfect for those who crave variety, enjoy problem-solving, and want to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced environment.**The skills you will have when you apply:*** **Experience dealing with motor claims cradle to grave:** including repair & total loss, third party intervention, subrogated recoveries and property damage.* **Experience of handling personal injury claims** in the OIC & MOJ processes.* **Experience in handling defendant credit hire claims**, with an understanding of the GTA and non GTA processes advantageous* **Knowledge of motor caselaw** linked to specific areas of experience (i.e. credit hire, PI, liability etc.)* **Excellent customer service skills*** **Excellent communication skills:** You\’ll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more.
