We have a fantastic opportunity for Domestic Loss Adjusters across Essex. As a Domestic Loss Adjuster, you'll manage a caseload of domestic property damage claims across Essex, from visiting customers at their homes, co‑ordinating visits from contractors, to finally settling each claim.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of domestic property damage claims across Essex.
- Visit customers at their homes and coordinate visits from contractors.
- Compile comprehensive reports and settle claims.
- Communicate with policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more.
- Identify and solve problems efficiently.
- Plan your own week and manage time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Handle multiple claims simultaneously.
Qualifications & Skills
- A full UK Driving Licence – essential for travel by car.
- Insurance knowledge – understanding of how a home insurance policy operates and the basic makeup of a domestic property.
- Excellent communication skills – speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, explaining complex details clearly.
- Problem‑solving abilities.
- Time‑management skills – plan your own week, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
