**Lead TPA Liability Technical Governance as our Audit & Quality Performance Lead**

Join our TPA Technical Governance team as an Audit and Quality Performance Lead where you’ll play a key role in shaping the quality, compliance, and technical standards of our claims operations.

**What you’ll do:**

  • Shape and strengthen the technical standards that underpin our quality reviews.
  • Prepare cases for internal technical assessment, ensure robust quality processes, and provide clear, actionable feedback to internal teams and external clients.
  • Lead internal audit activity across telephony and file reviews — identifying trends, analysing root causes, and delivering insights that support continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the wider team as a technical referral point.
  • Oversee claims reviews and quality output for a portfolio of high‑profile clients, applying strong attention to detail across liability decisions, disputed proceedings, litigation, and complex losses.
  • Maintain a small desktop claims caseload for a major client, keeping close to operational practice and technical decision‑making.

**The Skills You Will Have When You Apply:**

  • Extensive familiarity with current case law, common law/statutory provisions, and the wider regulatory architecture governing claims practice.
  • Demonstrable experience within a TPA, insurance, or claims‑handling environment, encompassing audit disciplines, quality assurance activity, or technical governance oversight.
  • Insurance‑based qualifications (advantageous) or comparably substantial technical experience evidencing mature professional judgement.
  • Comprehensive understanding of insurance law, nuanced policy interpretation, and the principles underpinning civil liability.
  • Highly developed analytical and investigative capability, with meticulous attention to detail applied to complex and contested matters.
  • Proficiency in influencing diverse stakeholders — including corporate clients, brokers, insurers, and internal colleagues — through precise, evidence‑driven communication and collaborative engagement.
