Join Sedgwick's expanding International Transformation team and help shape the future of our UKIMEA business through innovation, technology and business transformation. Reporting to the SVP Transformation Lead for International, you will play a key role in identifying how Artificial Intelligence, automation and emerging technologies can improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences and deliver measurable business value.
We are looking for a curious, analytical and business-oriented transformation professional who is passionate about innovation and understands how emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence, can accelerate business transformation. Beyond strong business analysis and stakeholder management capabilities, you will be comfortable challenging the status quo, exploring new ideas and helping business teams embrace modern ways of working. You will bring proven experience gained within business transformation, consulting, project management or a similar environment, together with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across complex organisations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges and identifying opportunities where technology can transform how work gets done. Acting as the bridge between business needs and technology capabilities, you will lead requirements gathering, facilitate workshops and analyse processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Working alongside AI, Product and Technology teams, you will help evaluate, prioritise and implement innovative solutions, ensuring transformation programmes deliver tangible outcomes and support the continued evolution of the business.
Operating across a diverse international region, you will coordinate initiatives from discovery through to implementation, bringing together stakeholders from multiple functions, geographies and cultures. You will develop transformation roadmaps, establish measures of success, support business process redesign and help teams embrace new ways of working. Combining business consulting, project leadership and change management, this role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making and play a significant part in Sedgwick's technology-enabled transformation journey.

- Language Skills - Fluent English is essential; French language skills would be advantageous within our international environment.
