Based in the Midlands, you\’ll balance office and remote work to optimise your team\’s efficiency.Our dedicated domestic adjusting team generally handle claims up to £100k in value. Each domestic adjuster works alongside a designated adjusting executive and works as part of the larger regional team. Claims are allocated based on experience and technical ability, with each claim assessed for complexity prior to allocation.Your role demands strong leadership, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You\’ll ensure your team is equipped to handle the most challenging claims, while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
