As a Credit Controller, you’ll play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of international clients, ensuring timely collections and maintaining accurate financial records. You’ll be confident engaging with clients via phone, email, Teams, and in-person meetings, and will thrive in a role that demands ownership, precision, and strong interpersonal skills.You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders including Underwriting, Claims, and Finance to resolve queries and disputes, escalate issues where necessary, and contribute to process improvements that enhance overall team performance. Your ability to manage multi-currency transactions and reconcile accounts accurately will be essential in maintaining ledger health and supporting aged debt reduction.Based in our Leeds office, this role supports hybrid working in line with company policy, offering flexibility and a modern, collaborative workspace.
