We have a fantastic opportunity for a n Associate T eam Leader to join our legal team.
Sedgwick Legal Services (SLS) advises and handles disputes for major insurers, Lloyds syndicates, large corporates, utilities, and local authorities. This role focuses on property damage losses, including those caused by major fires, floods, building collapse, escape of water, and subsidence. Our Legal team leads from our Central Bristol Office, with colleagues in Cardiff and London. The role requires a hybrid working model with three days per week in our Bristol office.
In this newly created role, we are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive team leader to support legal operations and drive team performance across a growing legal function.
Leading the team, you will inspire and guide colleagues to consistently achieve key performance indicators and uphold service standards. By cultivating a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing environment, you’ll promote continuous learning and shared accountability. Clear direction and regular feedback will be central to your approach, ensuring each team member is supported in their professional development. In a fast-paced setting, you’ll empower individuals to deliver high-quality outcomes with confidence and consistency.
You will also oversee the progression of legal matters, managing your own caseload and ensuring compliance with client protocols. While maintaining accurate records and supporting digital processes, your focus will be on enabling operational efficiency and contributing to the development of systems that enhance service delivery.
