We have a fantastic opportunity for Agriculture & Rural Network Loss Adjusters in Manchester. As an Agriculture & Rural Network Loss Adjuster, you'll investigate and agree losses on behalf of specialist rural insurance companies across the southwest. These claims could range from damage to domestic homes, commercial claims, agriculture and potentially anything in between. You’ll work as part of a specialist team of Loss Adjusters and Claim Professionals. You will be supported by a dedicated, local team of experienced staff, all focused on delivering an unrivalled customer experience. You’ll be given full autonomy to use your initiative, empathy and understanding to customers - literally putting yourself in their shoes, but also using your business acumen to provide the right outcome. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a compassionate heart, and a strategic mind. If you thrive on challenges and want to make a tangible difference, this could be your next step.
The skills you will have when you apply:
- A full UK Driving Licence: It is essential you can travel by car
- Excellent communication skills: You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly and negotiate fair settlements for all.
- Problem-solving abilities: You should be able to identify and solve problems efficiently
- Time management: As you’ll be planning your own week you must effectively manage your time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. You will be required to handle multiple claims simultaneously.

- Have an understanding of how a home insurance policy operates and the basic make up of a domestic property.
