Role
We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic Business Development team. In this role, you will work closely with our Account Executives to identify and engage prospective clients, generate qualified opportunities, and contribute to the growth of our sales pipeline. As a trusted advisor on sustainability, you will assess client needs, provide tailored recommendations, and help deliver impactful solutions.
Location: London, UK or Madrid, Spain. Hybrid role (1–2 days per week in office).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Research, build, and engage with targeted prospect lists using platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, virtual meetings) to qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce in accordance with agreed standards.
- Gather and analyse market intelligence to understand client needs and communicate insights to the sales team and wider business.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Fluency in English and German.
- Experience working in KPI‑driven environments, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with new contacts.
- Clear understanding of how personal KPIs align with broader sales objectives.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Highly desirable: Experience with Sales Engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach, Groove).
- Experience using data and lead sourcing platforms for prospecting.
