An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Planner to join our Property Services NW team based in Bolton. The main purpose of the role is to produce and manage construction programmes of various levels of complexity.

What you'll do:

  • Support the Bid Team in securing new work through effective planning input
  • Support the Construction team in the delivery of construction projects
  • Ensure production of accurate reports as required by the Senior Management
  • Develop tender programmes at a level of detail appropriate to each tender submission
  • Support the Bid Team by preparing detailed written responses on construction methodology, sequencing, and programming
  • Produce Logistics Plans in accordance with project requirements
