We are looking for an experienced Plaster Patcher to join our team, carrying out patching work across new-build housing developments in Oldham, Blackburn and Radcliffe.
This is currently a part-time position, with the opportunity to progress into a full-time role. Pay rates will be discussed at interview.
The Work
- Carrying out plaster patching and making-good work on new-build houses
- Working across multiple sites in Oldham, Blackburn and Radcliffe
- Maintaining clear and accurate records of completed works
- Working independently and completing work to a high standard
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card
- Proven experience carrying out plaster patching on new-build houses is essential
- Own tools, including a sander with dust extraction. However, a company-issued sander will be provided to the successful applicant if required
- Ability to maintain clear and accurate records of completed works
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
Face-Fit Testing & PPE
Face-fit testing can be provided on your start date. Candidates must be able to successfully pass a face-fit test. If a suitable face fit cannot be achieved, a powered respiratory hood will be required for use on site.
