Assets & Decarbonisation to join our Housing Partnerships team in the North-West.
In this strategic role, you will shape and deliver our business development and pre-construction activity, positioning Seddon as the contractor of choice within the housing asset management sector.
You will identify growth opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and develop winning bid strategies that support our business objectives.
Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will provide technical leadership, oversee the bid function, and build a high-performing team capable of delivering ambitious growth targets.

Lead business development and management by developing customer, framework and consultant relationships.
Responsible for the effective management of the regional bid team to ensure the best bid solutions for the regions.
Develop a steady pipeline of opportunities capable of delivering turnover targets.
Ensure effective team collaboration with the wider business, communicating with operations and commercial teams working closely with regional estimators.
Coaches, mentors and develops team members, supporting team delivery and personal growth.
Lead with knowledge development and sharing among the team to upskill team members to facilitate the development of Seddon as a market leader.
Ensure the team is engaging with supply chain to gain commitment and best solutions.
Provide general technical advice for bids and the wider business.
