An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Bid Submissions Coordinator to join our Property Services team in the North West. The main purpose of the role is to produce winning bid submissions.

What you'll do:
- Create professional and high standard quality documentation for tender submissions as part of the overall win work strategy
- Lead the writing and overall co-ordination of bid submissions
- Manage the delivery of the quality documentation for bid submissions in line with relevant tender deadlines
- Develop and write technical & non-technical quality responses
- Production and formatting of Expression of Interests, approved lists & PQQs
- Submit tender documents and add to the bid library
- Ensure capturing of feedback to achieve continuous improvement
- Monitor tender portals / shared mailboxes for new tender opportunities and communication around existing
- Keep an up-to-date record of case studies for Seddon Housing Partnerships
- Maintain the CRM software
- Work with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral and other administration duties as required.

- Experience of writing and submitting successful tenders in the retrofit and refurbishment market
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative to write and coordinate bids
- Strong time management and organisation skills
