We are seeking an experienced Die Cutter to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in die-cutting operations, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and operate die-cutting machinery safely and efficiently.
- Complete and record daily machine health and safety pre-use checks according to the prescribed health and safety protocol for each machine.
- Read and interpret job specifications and production schedules.
- Manual handling of raw materials into the machine.
- Ensure machine key performance indicators (KPI's) and specified run rates are achieved.
- Record all daily outputs, waste, and any production issues on production timesheet.
- Job rotation with other machines to cover absence when required.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Monitor production output and minimise waste.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines.
- Adopt a flexible approach to ensure business requirements are met.
- Adhere to company policies and procedure at all times.
- Any other reasonable request made by management team.
- Proven experience operating an automatic die-cutting machines.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
- Ability to read technical drawings and job instructions.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Flexible approach to overtime when required.
- Experience with Bobst or similar die-cutting equipment.
