We are currently expanding and looking for Security Operatives to join our team immediately. This role involves responding to incidents, carrying out regular patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, and completing all required security paperwork to keep clients' premises safe. The job requires flexibility for 12‑hour shifts and offers an immediate start.
Duties include:
- Controlling access to entrances
- Keeping detailed logs of site activity
- Completing incident reports, sign‑in/out sheets, patrol logs, daily logs, and handover sheets
- Performing internal and external patrols
- Monitoring surveillance equipment
- Inspecting buildings and equipment
- Ensuring only authorised personnel enter the premises
- Preventing incidents by providing a strong visual presence
- Reporting all incidents to the authorities
Requirements:
- Valid SIA licence
- Previous security experience
- Dog handling qualification and certification
- Your own canine(s)
- A caged van
- Canine insurance
