Seddon Agency are looking for an Administrator. In the role you will:
- Ensure all clients whether in person or by telephone are handled promptly, carefully and courteously and are appropriately directed.
- Provide general administration assistance to the relevant staff and managers.
- Check and respond to emails.
- Provide information to callers.
- Greet persons entering service.
- Deal with queries from the public.
- General administrative and clerical support.
- Tidy and maintain the reception area.
- Assist with activities held in the service.
- Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Ad hoc duties.
- Meet and Greet.
Skills/experience required:
- Experience of carrying out administration duties.
- A thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office package as well as the Outlook email client.
