Seddon Agency are looking for an Administrator. In the role you will:

  • Ensure all clients whether in person or by telephone are handled promptly, carefully and courteously and are appropriately directed.
  • Provide general administration assistance to the relevant staff and managers.
  • Check and respond to emails.
  • Provide information to callers.
  • Greet persons entering service.
  • Deal with queries from the public.
  • General administrative and clerical support.
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area.
  • Assist with activities held in the service.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere.
  • Ad hoc duties.
  • Meet and Greet.

Skills/experience required:

  • Experience of carrying out administration duties.
  • A thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office package as well as the Outlook email client.
  • The ability to operate a busy modern switchboard.
  • An outstanding telephone manner.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent word-processing skills.
