The Opportunity:Drive Our vision to Market We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and entrepreneurial Non-Technical Co-Founder to lead our business development, product strategy (from a business perspective), growth, and fundraising efforts. This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about revolutionizing finance and bringing innovative blockchain-powered solutions to a global audience. You will be instrumental in translating our technical capabilities into market success, building strategic partnerships, and securing the resources needed for rapid growth. What You\'ll Do: Business Strategy & Development: Define and execute the overarching business strategy, identifying market opportunities, competitive advantages, and scalable revenue models for a blockchain-powered personal finance app. Product Vision (Non-Technical): Work hand-in-hand with the Technical Co-Founder to shape the product roadmap from a user and market perspective, ensuring that features meet genuine user needs and address key market gaps. Go-to-Market & Growth: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies, user acquisition funnels, and growth initiatives. Drive marketing, PR, and community engagement to build brand awareness and user adoption. Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead fundraising efforts, preparing pitch decks, engaging with VCs, angel investors, and strategic partners. Effectively articulate Secuwa.io\'s vision, business model, and growth potential. Partnerships & Ecosystem Building: Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with financial institutions, stablecoin providers, blockchain ecosystems, and other key players to expand our reach and offerings. Market Research & Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in fintech, blockchain, stablecoins, and DeFi to inform strategic decisions. Operations & Legal (Early Stage): Oversee early-stage operational setup, and navigate legal and compliance requirements within the fintech and blockchain space, particularly in target markets. Team Building: Play a key role in attracting, hiring, and nurturing a talented team across business, marketing, and operations functions. What we are looking For: Entrepreneurial Drive: A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, resilience, and a proven ability to thrive in the dynamic, fast-paced environment of an early-stage startup. Deep understanding of the personal finance landscape, traditional financial products, and user needs. Strong familiarity with blockchain technology, stablecoins, decentralized finance (DeFi), and tokenized assets. You don\'t need to code, but you must understand the underlying concepts and their potential applications. Awareness of regulatory trends and challenges in the blockchain/fintech space (e.g., MiCA, local regulations in target markets). Business Development & Sales: Demonstrated success in building and scaling businesses, identifying new markets, and driving revenue growth. Experience in B2C product launches is highly desirable. Fundraising Experience: A track record of successfully raising capital from angel investors, venture capitalists, or other funding sources for technology startups. Strategic Thinking & Vision: Ability to think strategically, identify market opportunities, and translate them into actionable business plans and growth strategies. Communication & Networking: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to build relationships with partners, investors, and users. A strong professional network in fintech, blockchain, or venture capital is a significant plus. Product-Oriented Mindset: While non-technical, you should possess a keen understanding of user experience and the ability to articulate product requirements from a business and market perspective.
