SecuTix is a ticketing technology company delivering SaaS solutions for the event industry. We\’re looking for a Presales Consultant to provide critical support in the closure of new business by supporting demo scenarios designing, demo set-up, discovery, scoping, and solutioning.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the preparation of technical responses for RFP and RFI.
- Supporting the preparation of client presentations.
- Reviewing demo requirements and preparing demo scenarios, including configuration of the solution to meet and exceed customer expectations and vision.
- Carrying out demos highlighting the key solution’s value proposition.
- Conducting internal training for the team on configured demo solutions.
- Conducting sessions with local partners.
- Updating internal Knowledge Hub with newly developed demos, solutions, and materials.
- Actively contributing to initiatives relating to improving pre-sales and offer materials.
- Working closely with the sales team and all stakeholders, including professional services, customer success, marketing, product, and engineering teams.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- More than 3 years of proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer / Junior Business Analyst / Business Development Representative with an interest in developing business analysis.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Self-organization and planning skills.
- Fluent in English.
Will be an advantage:
- Knowledge of SECUTIX / ticketing technology.
- Previous experience working with the following systems: CRM, ERP, marketing automation, accounting systems, workflow systems, etc.
