SecuTix is a ticketing technology company delivering SaaS solutions for the event industry. We are on a mission to help cultural, live entertainment, and sports organizations engage with their fans through our marketing-leading event industry platform to boost fan engagement, accelerate ticket sales, and support growth and scale through optimized solutions and partnerships.

We\’re looking for a Presales Consultant to provide critical support in the closure of new business by supporting demo scenarios designing, demo set-up, discovery, scoping, and solutioning.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting the preparation of technical responses for RFP and RFI.
  2. Supporting the preparation of client presentations.
  3. Reviewing demo requirements and preparing demo scenarios, including configuration of the solution to meet and exceed customer expectations and vision.
  4. Carrying out demos highlighting the key solution’s value proposition.
  5. Conducting internal training for the team on configured demo solutions.
  6. Conducting sessions with local partners.
  7. Updating internal Knowledge Hub with newly developed demos, solutions, and materials.
  8. Actively contributing to initiatives relating to improving pre-sales and offer materials.
  9. Working closely with the sales team and all stakeholders, including professional services, customer success, marketing, product, and engineering teams.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  1. More than 3 years of proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer / Junior Business Analyst / Business Development Representative with an interest in developing business analysis.
  2. Communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Analytical skills.
  4. Self-organization and planning skills.
  5. Fluent in English.

Will be an advantage:

  1. Knowledge of SECUTIX / ticketing technology.
  2. Previous experience working with the following systems: CRM, ERP, marketing automation, accounting systems, workflow systems, etc.
