Position Overview: Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Senior Alliances Manager function will be working with a combination of distributors, resellers, VARs, ISVs, GSIs, RSIs and wider ecosystem partner across the domain. You will be skillful in developing new and nurturing existing partner relationships. You will be responsible for developing joint solutions that align to the partner GTM and enabling all stakeholders engaged in the sales cycle for efficient sales execution. This role will be pivotal for SECUTIX growth, therefore, you must be experienced in developing and executing a partner playbook. You will be responsible for focusing on generating pipeline to land and expand with the partner and adding value to Secutix revenue goals. The role will be driving engagement on opportunities in the field with the partner-friendly sales teams. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, enterprising go getter to help grow these Partners into profitable revenue streams and accelerate our Partner Ecosystem and the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: Foster and strengthen relationships with alliances in EMEA and North America, while initiating new strategies to boost product sales and meet partner revenue targets. Collaborate with the Sales GTM to create an indirect sales expansion plan that includes partner identification, qualification, joint solutions, field enablement, marketing, support, and demand generation. Cultivate both global and regional partnerships (including VARs, GSIs, RSIs, ISVs, etc.). Scale and manage programmatic alliance interactions, overseeing related programs, processes, contracts, and frameworks. Assist partners with their go-to-market efforts, including business planning, pipeline development, quarterly business reviews, marketing events, and sales enablement across various execution strategies. Proven experience in alliance sales within a leading enterprise software company. Established relationships and initiatives in the technology and ticketing sectors (preferred). Innovative approach to local partnerships and marketing strategies. Willingness to engage in detailed tasks while also discussing high-level plans with partner stakeholders. What you bring: 15+ years in a channel sales or channel management role across EMEA, working in the technology and software industry, preferably with ticketing industry experience. Experience on developing new partner programmes, focused on new relationships with distributors, resellers, VARs, ISVs, SI’s and GSI’s (this may include Boutique partners, consultancies and SI’s) Ability to build, lead and implement strategy in a cross-functional environment. Strong executive selling and business development skills; proven ability to understand different partner GTM and organizational models. Ability to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress, design and document program guidelines for distribution throughout the organization (all levels) and for external use. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire external teams to pursue shared objectives. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, along with effective negotiation and influencing capabilities. Strong problem solving skills and ability to organize priorities in a dynamic environment High degree of motivation and flexibility, ensuring availability to the business when needed. A strong customer experience mindset i.e., prompt and exemplary communication, meticulous presentation skills, maintaining a high bar for all work delivered, consummate professionalism in all tasks and interactions. Proficient in English, with additional European language skills being an asset. Be able to travel between 25% – 50% in some months across Europe.
