We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support end‑to‑end recruitment across a broad range of functions, including cyber security, legal, finance and engineering. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruitment career who enjoys sourcing, engaging candidates and delivering a high‑quality candidate experience. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the wider People team to attract and hire diverse talent, while ensuring a consistent, professional and positive journey for every candidate. This role is hybrid 3 days a week in our Blackfriars office.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting full lifecycle recruitment, from role briefing through to offer stage
- Proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and direct search
- Reviewing CVs and conducting initial screening calls to assess skills, experience and team fit
- Coordinating interviews, managing schedules and collecting feedback
- Maintaining accurate records within the ATS and following internal hiring processes
- Building and nurturing talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Supporting recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a technical or specialist markets across the globe
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally
- Excellent organisation and time‑management skills, able to juggle multiple roles at once
- Confidence sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
- Good screening and assessment skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to build positive working relationships with hiring managers and colleagues
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced, changing environment
- A candidate‑first mindset and commitment to delivering a great recruitment experience
