About the role: We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support end‐to‐end recruitment across a broad range of functions, including cyber security, legal, finance and engineering. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruitment career who enjoys sourcing, engaging candidates and delivering a high‐quality candidate experience. You'll work closely with hiring managers and the wider People team to attract and hire diverse talent, while ensuring a consistent, professional and positive journey for every candidate. This role is hybrid 3 days a week in our Blackfriars office.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting full lifecycle recruitment, from role briefing through to offer stage
  • Proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and direct search
  • Reviewing CVs and conducting initial screening calls to assess skills, experience and team fit
  • Coordinating interviews, managing schedules and collecting feedback
  • Maintaining accurate records within the ATS and following internal hiring processes
  • Building and nurturing talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Supporting recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 year's of recruitment experience, ideally in a technical or specialist markets across the globe
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally
  • Excellent organisation and time‐management skills, able to juggle multiple roles at once
  • Confidence sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
  • Good screening and assessment skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with hiring managers and colleagues
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast‐paced, changing environment
  • A candidate‐first mindset and commitment to delivering a great recruitment experience
